Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with ranking recommendation or content retrieval systems, or machine learning model development.
Preferred qualifications:

- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- Experience with auction theory and related disciplines (e.g., game theory).
- Experience with Ads Quality products.
- Ability to communicate complex topics, and switch between high-level concerns (strategy, macroeconomic effects) and low-level issues in conversation.
