As a Digital Content Editor, your responsibilities will include:
Activities of digital content governance and platform support within enterprise content management systems, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar solutions.
Definition of content structures and component models that enable scalable, user-centric digital experiences aligned with business objectives.
Support in the coordination of multi-market digital platform rollouts, ensuring localization and consistency with global guidelines.
Managing collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including design, development, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Contribution to the continuous improvement of content performance, platform usability, and content governance models.
Participation in the design and execution of A/B testing and personalization strategies to optimize user experience and engagement.
Preparation and updating of documentation and procedural guidelines supporting content lifecycle, quality assurance, and platform maintenance.

To qualify for the role, you must have
1–3 years of relevant experience in digital consulting, content management, or technology-related roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a Technology-related field.
Foundational knowledge of digital ecosystems, content management processes, and customer experience principles.
Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (ideally Adobe AEM) and interest in digital governance and optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in both Italian and English.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of HTML, A/B testing, and web performance metrics.
Experience contributing to cross-market digital initiatives or rollout projects in global organizations.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
