- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience driving product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, managing product strategies, cross-functional (xfn) collaboration.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of Technical Product Management experience (i.e., creating product roadmaps from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams).
- Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models, with agents, agent-builders, or AI workflow tools.
- Experience collaborating closely with UX partners to launch new products and features.
- Experience in platform or internal tools product management.
- Ability to learn new systems and engage in-depth with engineering partners.
- Familiarity with the user research workflow.
