Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience in Conversation AI applications space, Contact Center AI (CCAI) or similar.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science or other related technical field.
Experience with pricing strategy and in benchmarking of pricing portfolio.
Experience in Analyst relations.
Understanding of Google Cloud AI products, technologies, AI models, Large Language Model and AI specialised infrastructure as it relates to AI trends and issues within businesses.
Understanding of application, software development, developer tools, data use cases, open interfaces in cloud and enterprise.
Understanding of responsible AI practice and machine learning (ML) technologies.
