- Bachelor's degree in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience reading/debugging code in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) or in system design and in virtualization and orchestration frameworks.
- 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues in an application tech stack including AI/ML.
- 2 years of experience with two or more of the following: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in technical consulting on supporting large enterprise customers with high service-level objective and service-level agreement requirements.
- Experience with managing hosted services/SaaS including familiarity with one or more of the following programming/scripting languages: Java, C, C++, .NET, Go, Python, shell, Perl, JavaScript.
- Experience in Computer Networking (e.g., TCP/IP, Routing, Load balancing, etc.), with knowledge of basic web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.)
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix or Windows systems at a basic system/Network Administrator level (from Kernel to Shell and beyond, file systems and client-server protocols).
- Ability to pass advanced background checks.
