Run product development projects from concept to product release.
Foster strategic relationships with customers regarding their future business strategies/roadmaps and ability to support with AMAT offerings/roadmaps.
End to end accountability for customer satisfaction.
Manage key technical talent in the group. Identify and grow talent w/critical thinking. And, retain talent.
Strong business acumen effectively balancing CapEx and OpEx management.
Go-to-market expertise ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey from initial awareness through purchase and post-sale support.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A proven track record of more than 15 years in launching and commercializing industry leading products in the Semiconductor, Display or related process equipment areas.
Demonstrated ability in leading large, high performing, multi-disciplinary, global teams.
Preference for a candidate who is considered an industry leader in a specific area of process equipment design but has also developed a broader set of skills in systems level thinking and engineering operations.
Strong preference for specific Etch process equipment experience.
Communication skills both technical and non-technical.
MS or PhD in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
