- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with leadership, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data ecosystem, including Open source, architecting and developing distributed systems, along with experience in data processing, business analytics and visualization, Data Science and AI.
- Experience as a Pre-Sales Manager or a people manager in a technical customer-facing role within a professional services or Sales Engineering team.
- Experience managing a team through business processes, operations and career development, including account mapping, quota setting, quarterly/annual performance management, and managing sensitive information.
- Experience presenting to both technical stakeholders and executives, leading conversations that drive business opportunities.
