BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent.
Verbal and written English proficiency.
3+ years experience or training in ink manufacturing, printing, polymer, and coating applications preferred. Or, 3+ year experience or training in thin film manufacturing or design. Experience in one or more of following process technologies is a plus: PVD, CVD or dry etching.
Experience in the selection, set-up, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
Experience leading process development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Frequent domestic and overseas travel expected.
PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent
Experience or great knowledge in pre-treatment process, Materials development and curing process is a strong plus.
Materials development experience is a plus.
Ability to program-manage across multiple projects, vendors and resources.
Experience leading process development in a high volume manufacturing environment.
Ability to present technical analysis of manufacturing capability to diverse cross-functional team.
Strong abilities and background in materials characterization (understanding of analytical tools such as SEM / TEM / EDX / FTIR / XPS etc. desirable).
Experience in massive data analysis, coding and machine learning would be a plus.
