Key job responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in a technical field
• Background in operations management or related field
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with global stakeholders
• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience with digital content delivery systems and workflows
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies
• A passion for technology and innovation, with a continuous learning mindset
• Problem-solving and process improvement skills
