As a Business Assistant Analyst in the Legal Group, you will provide strategic support to Legal Managing Directors acrossSecurities Services Legal.You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive business objectives and manage a complex set of responsibilities. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage executive diaries and optimize scheduling with senior stakeholders.
  • Create Passport matters and assist with LOB specific project work
  • Lead planning and execution of high-profile events and meetings.
  • Support legal recruitment strategy and onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate complex global travel logistics and manage travel budgets.
  • Prepare pre-meeting materials and support legal documentation processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative processes for stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement a "Train the Trainer" program for administrative capabilities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and participate in legal initiatives.
