Job Responsibilities
- Manage executive diaries and optimize scheduling with senior stakeholders.
- Create Passport matters and assist with LOB specific project work
- Lead planning and execution of high-profile events and meetings.
- Support legal recruitment strategy and onboarding programs.
- Coordinate complex global travel logistics and manage travel budgets.
- Prepare pre-meeting materials and support legal documentation processes.
- Develop and implement innovative processes for stakeholder engagement.
- Implement a "Train the Trainer" program for administrative capabilities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and participate in legal initiatives.
