20 years of experience creating and managing internal and external communications.
Experience working directly with regional and global leaders as an advisor and building relationships with stakeholders.
Experience advocating for the region, building internal relationships across the organization.
Experience leading a team through change. Experience planning and executing on multiple initiatives and crises simultaneously and independently.
Experience leading a team in the APAC region.
Preferred qualifications:
Subject matter expert in communications and regional matters, including the growing importance of social media, influencers, and creators.
Expertise in internal communications, oriented towards a regional role for a global company.
Experience and ability to work on challenging regulatory issues.
Ability to craft and drive the dialogue, and creative problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with proactive communications and professional reactive communications and strategies.
Experience as a corporate spokesperson and public representation of a company.
