Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on a wide range of People topics such as performance management, reorganizations, talent management, change, etc.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
Experience leading HR programs and initiatives.
Ability to work within constraints and to test the status quo.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for analysis.
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork and organizational skills.
