This person must have strong self-motivation and project management skills. This position will be key part of the Global Store expansion strategy in South Korea and have responsibilities towards reporting to leadership on key internal initiatives that grow top and bottom line. Having Korean language skill and/or local market knowledge is preferred.In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
- Key internal stakeholder management and influence
- P&L ownership and management
- Store management, growth and expansion
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
