Your Career

To succeed in this role, you will need a rare blend of technical depth, customer empathy, and a bias for execution, paired with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for AI-driven transformation. You will help reimagine how enterprise customers deploy our SASE solutions, using data, telemetry, machine learning and generative AI to simplify and accelerate every step of the journey.

You will focus on:

  • Understanding Customer Deployment Contexts: Build a detailed understanding of customer deployment architectures, operational environments, and blockers. Use this insight to inform product decisions, shape requirements, and tailor deployment experiences to meet real-world needs.
  • Accelerating Value Realization: Lead initiatives that simplify and speed up the deployment of key SASE components. Drive improvements that allow customers to extract security and performance value faster, with less manual effort and fewer handoffs.
  • Applying AI from Design to Deployment: Partner with our AI/ML teams to infuse intelligence into the deployment journey (e.g., using telemetry to recommend optimal configurations, guiding users through deployment workflows, and automating diagnostics and rollout steps using LLM-based agents)
  • Resolving Deployment Friction Across Teams: Work cross-functionally to identify and unblock systemic deployment challenges, whether in onboarding, documentation, tooling, or integration. Proactively align teams across product, support, services, and engineering to drive resolution and ensure seamless adoption.

You will be a visible face of the deployment experience, interfacing directly with customers, partners, and internal teams. You will be expected to deeply understand user pain points, synthesize feedback into action, and collaborate closely with engineering to ship impactful features. A strong track record of delivering AI-enhanced or data-driven product capabilities, especially in enterprise or cloud environments, will be key.

Your Impact

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven features that transform SASE deployment, with a focus on automation, acceleration, and simplification of post-sales workflows
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and integrate AI capabilities.
  • Partner across the SASE product portfolio to deliver a unified and intelligent deployment experience aligned to our platformization strategy
  • Translate customer deployment challenges into actionable AI use cases by deeply understanding deployment architectures, pain points, and field feedback
  • Work cross-functionally with Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, and NPI teams to ensure new AI-driven deployment features are adopted, documented, and supported across the customer lifecycle
  • Identify technology partners and drive integration into our SASE products
  • Contribute to go-to-market readiness by supporting demos, enablement sessions, documentation, and customer-facing content that highlights the value of AI in deployment
  • Monitor usage and impact of AI deployment features, iterating quickly based on field feedback, product analytics, and emerging customer needs
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to showcase innovation, validate solutions, and shape future investments in intelligent deployment

Your Experience

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical or military experience also considered
  • 3-5 years of product management or closely related experience, with exposure to enterprise SaaS, networking, or cloud security strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with AI/ML teams to build and launch intelligent features
  • Strong technical and analytical skillset, with the ability to understand complex systems and translate them into clear product requirements
  • Familiarity with SASE architectures, SD-WAN, ZTNA, or network security concepts is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, support, services, and GTM teams to drive execution and adoption
  • Strong communication skills, including comfort interfacing directly with customers, partners, and internal executives
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with overlapping priorities and evolving product scopes
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and a bias toward action and iteration

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $121000/YR - $196000/YR.
