Engage with candidates in the market, focusing on prequalifying Partner candidates for both routine and opportunistic hiring.
Respond to priorities, provide assistance to partner hiring teams, and act as a resource for the SL, Talent, and Executive recruiting teams.
Prioritize activities that require urgent hiring or complex sourcing efforts, such as team builds or meeting our D&I hiring objectives.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Executive Recruiter and Talent Attraction Leadership to define and execute sourcing strategies for the Region.
Assist in providing insights and support to the Regional and SL teams, helping to free up time for executive recruiters and advising hiring partners.
Contribute to the development of market brand campaigns for the Region, working with stakeholders to enhance our presence.
Support the advancement of our DE&I hiring agenda in the Region.
Skills and Attributes for success:
You will have some experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team, preferably with exposure to Executive Recruiting projects within professional services or consulting.
Familiarity with managing client and stakeholder relationships.
Ability to navigate a matrix structure and resolve organizational conflicts.
Knowledge of various sourcing methodologies, including advertising and search-led approaches.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to build rapport across diverse demographics.
A willingness to learn and adapt quickly, developing knowledge in various markets and technical functions to support effective sourcing.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work with global teams and contribute to shared goals.
