*Master's degree or PHD in CS or a related field
*5+ years of managing science and engineering teams
*3+ years of experience working with ML

* Experience in time-series modeling, statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and causal inference.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and aligning science efforts with product or business strategy.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills;
able to influence across levels and disciplines.
