You will architect the foundational programs that scale AWS's Generative AI partner success, while serving as a visible technical specialist to the partner community. This requires strong program design capabilities, systematic thinking, and the ability to transform complex partner motions into repeatable frameworks, combined with excellent public speaking and relationship-building skills. You'll work closely with PDMs and sales teams to ensure programs meet field needs while maintaining scalability.Key job responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable co-sell programs that enable partners to effectively position and sell AWS Generative AI solutions
• Develop comprehensive enablement frameworks, playbooks, and resources incorporating market trends and customer adoption patterns
• Create standardized "better together" messaging templates and value proposition frameworks that partners can customize
• Build systematic approaches and processes to drive alignment between AWS sales teams and partner organizations
• Establish mechanisms to accelerate partner success through AWS Marketplace
• Design measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness and impact
• Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert at partner events, conferences, and workshops
• Lead pilot programs with select partners to validate and refine frameworks before broader rollout
• Deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to partner audiences
• Create and maintain engagement channels for ongoing partner feedback and program iteration
• Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple teams by effectively managing diverse priorities while maintaining focus on unified program objectivesAbout the team

Work/Life Balance
• 7+ years in go-to-market program development
• Proven track record of building scalable business programs
• Experience creating enablement frameworks and resources
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or MBA
• Experience presenting at industry events or conferences
• Experience designing AI/ML related programs or frameworks
• Track record of successful mechanism development in partner ecosystems
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales motions
• Background in management consulting or equivalent experience in developing structured frameworks and scaling business programs
• Experience running pilot programs and incorporating feedback into scalable solutions
• Experience with AWS Partner Network programs and mechanisms
• Track record of thought leadership in technical partner ecosystems
