Capital One Senior Business Manager - Servicing Operations Strategy & Analytics Lead

Some of the strategic initiatives you’ll be leading or supporting include:

  • Facilitating the integration of Discover products, services and processes

  • Identifying key customer friction points and working with Tech, Product and Operations on solutions that improve customer experience and loyalty and drive business value

  • Revamping key components of our servicing strategy (e.g. multichannel servicing strategy, policies, segmentation, routing)

  • Assessing opportunities to converge our Card and Bank servicing strategy

In this role, you will get to work with several senior leaders and across several functions including Tech, Product, Integration Management Office (IMO) and Operations. You will have full ownership of critical bodies of work and will get access to dedicated BA and DA resources to get the job done.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)

  • At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis

  • At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis

  • At least 1 year of experience in people management

  • At least 1 year of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering

  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis

  • 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis

  • 2+ years of experience in people management

  • 2+ years of experience in product development

  • 2+ years of experience in financial modeling

  • 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting

  • 2+ years of experience in project management

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
