Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Completed or pursuing completion of CPA/CA or other professional accounting accreditation.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, or an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets), experience with SQL, and strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to handle a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and to lead and drive complex operational initiatives.
- Excellent team player, with a strong drive for results, and exceptional negotiation, collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
