Your key responsibilities
- Participate in performing audit procedures, especially focusing on complex and/or specialized issues
- Collaborate to plan objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk
- Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery
Skills and attributes for success
- Knowledge of English at intermediate level or above
- Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in external audit or accounting
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support
- Knowledge of local GAAP (Romanian accounting) and basic knowledge of IFRS
- Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements
- Involvement in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
