This is a commissioned sales position.
The ideal candidate will work across our Public Sector customer base, our Channel partner ecosystem, Intel Global Affairs, Intel business unit leaders, engineering teams, and more.
The candidate will be capable of connecting Intel technology and technologists to major initiatives across Education, Healthcare, Transportation, Public Safety, and Sustainability.
The candidate will have the skills, temperament, credibility, and knowledge to operate in a complex environment.
The candidate will work with advanced technology, a network of diverse ecosystem partners, and be capable of engaging senior government officials, IT and procurement teams, ecosystem partners, business development teams, and the C-suite, up to and including the CEO.
The candidate will represent Intel and our ecosystem in IT Devices, Data Center, Cloud Modernization, HPC, AI, 5G, Security, and Edge in complex use cases and enterprise IT challenges.
This candidate must effectively utilize player and coach skills to align Intel resources and team members around common strategic objectives.

A collaboration mindset and the skills to make a business case that recruits and prioritizes other Intel resources and partners to support the mission and government programs.
Demonstrated track record of patience, temperament, results, and the skills to operationalize and prioritize in a complex organizational structure that spans multiple business units, functions, ecosystem partners, and business processes.
Superb communication skills, exceptional business judgment, technical acumen, business development and capture experience along with the ability to learn quickly while demonstrating a proven track record of performance.
Experience managing a matrix team of internal and external stakeholders for optimal scale and impact across complex and ambiguous environments.
Promote brand awareness and value proposition for long-term influence with key Public Sector customers and partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in:
Government and public sector industry, including major program knowledge, budget cycles, and procurement processes.
Personal network and credentials necessary to gain access to critical decision makers, program managers, and government end customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with:
Successfully selling and deploying complex Enterprise IT solutions to government and education customers, including IT Devices, Data Center, HPC, AI, Security, and Edge.
Industry sales motion, including Sell-to, Sell-Through, Partner With, where the Intel platform and/or your industry sales experience representing a platform that is highly desired, but not necessarily a requirement.
Understand and directly map to partner core competences to maximize the probability of winning and pursuit strategy. This includes the application of complex and emerging technologies in the domains of Cloud, AI/ML, Autonomous Real-Time Edge/Sensor processing, and other areas.
