Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Proactively grow your external network and strengthen internal relationships within the firm.
- Deliver high-quality tax services, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-focused approach.
- Manage the successful execution of tax projects, contributing to their efficiency and overall client satisfaction.
About You
- Strong technical skills in corporate tax, with a desire to continue developing your expertise.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships.
- Commercially aware and client-focused, with the ability to spot and assess potential risks.
- Experienced in tax accounting and/or tax audit, with the ability to interpret current and emerging tax legislation.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, across a range of audiences and settings.
- Adaptable and open to change, with a flexible and proactive mindset.
- A collaborative team player, able to quickly integrate into new teams and work effectively across functions.
- Skilled in coaching and developing junior team members, supporting their growth and success.
- Up to date on developments in the tax landscape and regulatory environment.
- Outgoing and personable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused work.
Qualifications
One of the following (or equivalent) is required:
- ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA
- HMRC Tax Inspector with full Technical Training Course
- Law qualification with relevant tax experience
