Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
14 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement focused roles, or 12 years of experience with an advanced degree focused on leading strategy development, execution and sourcing, or a related function.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience working in a regional procurement role, understanding regional nuances and issues.
Experience in stakeholder management in a regional context, including building relationships and addressing concerns.
Knowledge of regional procurement regulations and standards.
Ability to navigate regional supply chain networks and relationships.
