Responsibilities of the
CCNProgram Specialist:

  • Drives superior customer experiences through the CCN program charter.
  • Enhances the program to exceed and scale to changing customer expectations.
  • Develops strong relationships with all KLA product divisions, factories, and services organizations.
  • Customer management: Facilitates customer follow-up between local account teams and HQ (product divisions, factories, product support).
  • Fully understands KLA’s product lifecycle process to ensure quality and rigor of critical part releases meet KLA’s high standards.
  • Enable and setup CCN process for all new M&As.

Key Candidate Attributes:

  • Must be able to work cross functionally and across time zones with global stakeholders and functions.
  • Previous background on managing changes and customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Experiencepreparing customer facing material a plus.
  • Effective problem solving independently, and with High Performing Teams.
  • Ability to understand KLA design, manufacturing, install, and service processes.
  • Ability to learn KLA enterprise systems and databases to support requirements.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years, Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 4 years
