Responsibilities of the
CCNProgram Specialist:
- Drives superior customer experiences through the CCN program charter.
- Enhances the program to exceed and scale to changing customer expectations.
- Develops strong relationships with all KLA product divisions, factories, and services organizations.
- Customer management: Facilitates customer follow-up between local account teams and HQ (product divisions, factories, product support).
- Fully understands KLA’s product lifecycle process to ensure quality and rigor of critical part releases meet KLA’s high standards.
- Enable and setup CCN process for all new M&As.
Key Candidate Attributes:
- Must be able to work cross functionally and across time zones with global stakeholders and functions.
- Previous background on managing changes and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Experiencepreparing customer facing material a plus.
- Effective problem solving independently, and with High Performing Teams.
- Ability to understand KLA design, manufacturing, install, and service processes.
- Ability to learn KLA enterprise systems and databases to support requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.
Minimum Qualifications
