3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g. travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
Experience supporting large global teams across multiple time zones.
Knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Ability to learn new tools and technologies, and in using technology and the internet to improve work efficiency.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with various range of people and job functions.
