Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent qualification.
7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions and related technology transactions in a public accounting or multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to comfortably interact with and influence executives both internally and externally.
Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think full cycle, manage long-term projects, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent planning, problem solving and communication skills.
