Job responsibilities
- Partnership Roadmap Management: Develop and manage the strategic product roadmap for partner benefits, managing the prioritization of new partnership integrations, partner value capabilities, and enhancements to existing partnership delivery models
- Go To Market Strategy: Work cross-functionally to determine integration models for partnership prospects, lead the technical launch of new partnerships, and implement improvements to existing partnership integrations
- Partner Experience Strategy: Analyze partner experiences to identify best practices and develop strategies for more seamless engagement with partner benefits and attribution in partner channels
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate product strategies, timelines, and deliverables
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in product management and strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
