Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure solutions aligned with 3M’s global cloud standards.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define AWS architecture for large-scale cloud initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Cloud Platform Team and Security Architects to build and secure AWS environments.

  • Provide technical and operational governance across 3M’s AWS landscape.

  • Offer troubleshooting and debugging support for AWS-based cloud platform projects.

  • Enable and guide cloud migrations and modernization initiatives on AWS.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of IT experience in designing and implementing AWS cloud solutions.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.

  • Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell).

  • Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation and automation/orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform preferred).


Preferred Skills
  • Proven experience in AWS cost optimization strategies and FinOps practices.

  • Strong understanding of AWS networking, IAM, and security best practices.

  • Experience with cloud application deployment architectures, data management, and migration strategies.

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) preferred.
