Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- 10 years of experience as a Customer Engineering Leader, Customer Engineer, CE Operations Manager, or Solutions Architect.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to build, manage and deploy New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and lead product feedback and delivery analytics.
- Ability to successfully deliver global technical programs, platforms, and processes.
- Ability to understand and successfully execute the technical sales process.
- Ability to lead CE enablement and team development globally.
