Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting tech and non tech level VP leaders at global companies.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Organizational design, succession planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Experience working in a product sales, cloud service provider, consulting, IT services provider or government contracting industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting a sales organization in a Cloud/Product company where quarterly quotas are carried by sellers.
- Eligibility to obtain a US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships and garner consensus with executive leaders within the public sector business and Cloud, surrounding new ideas and strategies to drive organizational change.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and be a part of strategy discussions.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
