As a Team Leader in Investable Indices Structuring, you will spearhead the development of quantitative investment strategies across asset classes for US clients. You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts, contributing to innovative financial products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your work will transform ideas into impactful, tradable products that set new industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new investment strategies across all asset classes for the US market.
  • Collaborate with research, trading, and sales teams to develop innovative financial solutions.
  • Stay informed on investment themes and academic research in the quantitative investment space.
  • Partner with regional structuring teams to market content and originate trades for US clients.
  • Transform concepts into tradable products, balancing requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of transactions linked to our indices.
  • Engage in dialogue with sales and clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Lead the team in adapting strategies to align with market trends and client demands.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in product development.
  • Drive the origination and execution of quantitative investment strategy trades.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Extensive experience in product design and the origination of quantitative investment strategy trades for US clients.
  • Proven track record of success working with US clients.
  • Strong quantitative skills paired with intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Science.
