Your key responsibilities
Consultant/Senior Consultant are integral to our project teams and work closely with our clients. They bring enough experience and confidence to give presentations, support in facilitating client workshops and design sessions. They undertake and analyze customer research and data and organize and deliver their work as part of a larger team.
- Lead work streams of performance improvement services; formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions to help clients accelerate business growth and streamline their operations
- Ensure work efficiency during all engagements by continuously improving processes, utilizing methodologies, tools, and technologies
- Be responsible for parts of the final deliverables for clients
- Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of workshops, presentations and training at client premises and within the team
- Work closely with the project manager, identify and escalate potential risks and issues to project manager along with suggested preventive or mitigating actions
- Contribute to a strong client relationship through effective management of interactions with client personnel
- Supervise and coach junior professionals, help people enhance their contribution and develop their capabilities
- Conduct market research, contribute to the development of proposals, identify and escalate potential business opportunities on existing engagements
- Senior will need to lead teams and manage client interactions for Performance Improvement engagements
What we look for
- A relevant university degree, preferably in Economics, Political Science, Business Administration or a similar discipline from a reputable university, a relevant Masters Degree is a plus
- At least 2 (for Consultants) and 4 (for Senior Consultants) years of professional experience in management and strategy consulting studies conducted for public clients (such as policy/strategy design and evaluation, organisational review and restructuring, market assessment and analysis, economic/sectoral research and forecasting, process design and improvement, project and programme management etc.)
- Operating model design and enterprise wide transformation project history is a plus
- Strong research and data analysis skills (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Excellent report writing skills (both in English and in Turkish)
