You will work at the intersection of business and technology — gathering and validating requirements, designing and refining prompts for our GenAI solutions, and implementing robust feedback loops to continuously improve the insights experience. Your work will ensure that our AI solutions are deeply aligned with business priorities, use cases, and context.Key job responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and working sessions to gather business requirements and use cases.- Develop mechanisms to capture user feedback on insights accuracy, usability, and gaps.- Translate business processes and needs into clear technical requirements for data engineering and AI development teams.
- Prepare documentation, FAQs, and user guides to support adoption and training.
- Support initiatives to ensure consistent metric definitions and trusted data sources across all GenAI insights outputs.

- 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, product analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and translating them into business insights.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and synthesize diverse perspectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
