As a PMO (Project Management Office) for P&C Service Delivery Team you will have the opportunity to work in a role that combines content-related project work with organizational and administrative tasks, supporting the P&C Service Delivery head and team:
- Co-ordinate and execute day-to-day business
- Prepare, execute and follow up of strategic meetings with key internal stakeholders and customers
- Compile information about strategic programs in collaboration with respective areas.
- Execute cross-unit activities and special tasks as well as cooperation with other areas.
- Participate in projects to learn and growth in the role developing knowledge and skills
- Plan, execute and moderate meetings, presentations, events, and trips.
- Prepare internal/ external meetings, management briefs and presentations.
- Minimal calendar management and travel planning
What you bring:
- Proficient knowledge of SAP’s processes and product portfolio; technical background is a plus.
- Experience working with senior management and colleagues on different levels of the organization.
- Professional and impeccable conduct towards colleagues and customers.
- Strong organizational, time management and planning skills.
