Role and Responsibilities
Brief and oversee the work of contracted external agencies – two media agencies (one for each market) and one creative agency. Work with significant budget for media communication and for production while having on mind continuous aim for costs optimization and cost/quality optimization.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent Czech/Slovak and English (both written and spoken)
Minimum 5 years previous experience in similar marketing role
Previous experience with a product/service launches (go-to-market) is an advantage
Deep understanding of media planning
Analytical skills, experience with setting and evaluating campaign KPIs
Previous experience with media and creative agencies management
University degree (in marketing is an advantage)
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) - advanced skills
Creative mindset
Advanced Communication and negotiation skills
Self-confidence, ability to work independently
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Detail-oriented team player, very good communication and negotiation skills
