About the Role:
As a Strategy & Operations Manager – Merchant Success, you’ll play a critical role in helping restaurant partners thrive on the Uber Eats platform. You will take ownership of a high-visibility, merchant-facing programme designed to uplift partner performance and experience.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operator with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems. You’ll work across functions, manage strategic initiatives end to end, and continuously look for ways to enhance the tools, incentives, and support we provide our partners — all in service of building stronger, more successful restaurant relationships.
