As a Stress Forecasting Lead within the Asset and Wealth Management team, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Technology, Control Management, Legal, and Corporate Model Risk Governance and Review (MRGR). You will lead a team of three in Plano and utilize broader team resources in Plano, Mumbai, and New York. You should be adept at navigating a fast-paced environment and managing multiple evolving priorities. A strong understanding of bank regulatory frameworks, particularly Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Basel rules, will be crucial for success in this role.

Job responsibilities

  • Proactively engage stakeholders across the broader finance and business management organization to develop AWM’s consolidated CCAR and quarterly capital stress testing results (P&L, Balance Sheet and RWA)
  • Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for both senior management and regulators that summarize forecast results and methodology
  • Lead and develop team
  • Provide timely and concise updates and escalate issues appropriately
  • Enhance controls and improve risk environment, including producing, organizing and maintaining documentation
  • Initiate process improvement and promote automation to increase operational efficiency

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure, prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
  • Very strong finance and accounting skills
  • 7+ years of experience
  • BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
  • Knowledge of regulatory capital frameworks including CCAR and Basel capital rules
