Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in infrastructure work.
5 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports.
4 years of experience managing technical projects.

8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
Experience leading programs that yielded significant, measurable improvements in velocity, efficiency, or quality and delivering infrastructure projects on accelerated timelines.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate across executive levels, and drive organizational improvement in a changing environment.
Ability to build effective program teams, manage cross-organizational stakeholders, retain their trust through pivots and search in-depth technically as needed.
Ability to distill technical concepts for executive audiences and build compelling narratives.
