Running GTM Programs for Marketing Cloud
Establish alignment programs with Sales Operations and Distribution Leaders
Drive ongoing collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Distribution Leaders, and key partner liaisons for regular Run the Business motions that ensure alignment between Marketing Cloud product and strategy and GTM to maintain pipe generation, ACV growth, customer retention, and product adoption and success
GTM Strategy & Execution:
Run a data driven GTM program that evaluates the evolving market and sales conditions and pro-actively drives decisions in alignment with key stakeholders to keep the business in the best possible position and alignment with distribution needs and execution.
Build scalable programs that create up to date and executable sales plays that represent the latest product strategy and position Marketing Cloud for ongoing growth and success
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive enablement strategy for Marketing Cloud in coordination with Product Marketing.
Ensure effective enablement of Solution Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, and Partners on Marketing Cloud products, solutions, and value propositions.
Sales & Partner Support Systems and Programs:
Manage and resolve sales escalations efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution, including using agents and AI to scale.
Develop and implement scaled Solution Engineering (SE) demo and environment programs to support sales efforts that lead Marketing Cloud into a sustainable growth phase and drive convergence to Marketing Cloud Next
Establish and optimize deal support processes for front-line sales staff and management.
Content & Program Development:
Create and disseminate roadmap enablement and distribution programs for both internal teams and external partners.
Develop and implement Transformation Plan Enablement programs for internal stakeholders and partners, fostering successful adoption and utilization of Marketing Cloud solutions.
Work closely with Adoption and Best Practices teams to establish and leverage materials to create Trailhead and Certification programs for Sales and Partners.
Experience:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Go-to-Market (GTM) or sales enablement function, preferably within the cloud software industry.
Demonstrated success in driving ACV growth through sales and partner programs.
Extensive experience working with sales teams (Account Executives, Solution Engineers) and channel partners.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud technologies and the broader MarTech landscape.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to program execution.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Posting Statement
to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,700 to $351,800.
