Drive business performance and transformation initiatives in Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Philippines Corporate Center Operations, supporting 3,000+ employees through metrics reporting, workforce management, and process efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Propose enhancements to manual processes and identify key business risks, driving resolution of mitigating controls.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to drive projects.
- Provide responsiveness to executive requests related to business analysis and project management.
- Manage and deliver key workstreams and tasks.
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation.
- Create and propose amendments to policies.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
- Drive transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze current business processes for improvement.
- Act as back-up to Workplace Resources, Workforce, Finance Management, and other functions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
- Intermediate to advanced ability in MS Office tools, Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, Python, and Graphic Design Software.
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with stakeholder groups and driving agendas.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence individuals towards common goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
