Brand Strategy Execution:
  • Support the development and execution of brand activation plans for the Italian market.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand plans align with business goals.

Brand Positioning and Messaging:
  • Help define brand positioning and tailor messaging for different customer segments.
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and channels.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for message approval.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Contribute to digital and social media marketing efforts.
  • Track campaign performance and share insights for continuous improvement.
Product Launches and Brand Support:
  • Support the planning and rollout of new product launches.
  • Help manage the brand’s lifecycle in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide promotional tools and training materials.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the brand at relevant industry events and meetings when needed.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to gather feedback and align marketing efforts.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand activities.
  • Assist with brand health tracking and share regular updates with management.
  • Support budget management and resource planning for marketing initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Around 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar marketing role. Experience in healthcare and medical devices is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand principles and marketing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with agencies or cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience or close collaboration with sales teams is beneficial.
