8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
3 years of experience with working in a matrixed organization.
Experience with full-stack development.
Experience with backend services, Application programming interface (API) design, batch systems, unit testing, and integration testing using Java or C++.
Experience in collaborating with development managers to facilitate the design and delivery of products.
