Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
Experience using CRM tooling such as Salesforce to manage partner support workflows
Experience taking an analytical approach to uncovering needs, anticipating issues and developing solutions/projects that involve cross-functional stakeholders from different areas (e.g., Engineering, Policy, Product).
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
