Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, datacenters, networking, operating systems or hardware.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.
- Ability to speak fluently and write in English and Portuguese.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with technical concepts of a computing infrastructure.
- Experience with networks and PC hardware architecture including maintenance and repair.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
