Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidatedandstandalonefinancialresultsandpresentfinancial

Statements to Management

• forregulatorycomplianceinBermudaandIreland
• Maintain & implementcontrolsystemstomitigatekeyriskstothegroupofcompanies’
• Maintainandmanage relations with external and internal auditors
• Performcash and liquidity management for the group of companies
• Maintainrelationshipswiththirdpartyserviceproviders
• Work with Claims & Underwriting team to prepare monthly reports
• Otheradhocprojectsas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or accounting,
• Aninternationallyrecognizedprofessionalaccountingqualification(CPA,CA,ACA, ACCAorequivalent)withaminimumof5yearspostqualificationexperience
• StrongexperienceinIFRSreporting
• Abilitytosynthesizecomplexsituationsandanalysisintosuccinctreportstosenior stakeholders
• Strongleadership skills with strategic planning experience
• Self-motivated, resourceful and highly organized with proven ability to prioritize conflicting tasks in order to meet deadlines; commitment to delivering consistently accurate and high-quality work product
• Criticalthinking,problemsolving,andanalyticalskills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with theability and confidence to interact effectively with senior management
