Key job responsibilities
Ensure project documentation is complete and scalable for manufacturing
Support safety certification of projects/platforms

- - Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
- - BA in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- - 4+ years packaging machinery development experience
- - Proven experience in advanced motion control platforms including but not limited to linear drives, high axis count servo platforms, and robotics
- - Proficiency in 3D design and simulation software

- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools
- Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume
- - 4+ years packaging machinery design experience
- - Knowledge of packaging machinery safety standards
- - Operations and packaging materials/supply chain experience
- - Advanced simulation and controls programming expertise
- - Knowledge of the patent processes
