About the Role

Our Account manager drives the development of their portfolios with a sense of growing the operational performance along with great relationship building and gaining the best traction for their partners with their analytical capabilities.

What you'll do

• Take complete ownership of your restaurant portfolio and drive business growth and operational performance
• Identify and initiate new partnership opportunities with the restaurants in your portfolio; work to bring more opportunities for restaurants to invest in their business on Uber Eats, using our portfolio of marketing products, creating mutually beneficial programs for both the restaurant and Uber Eats
• Build long-term relationships with the restaurant partners and deliver exceptional customer service experiences; solve complex issues by ensuring our customer service is prioritised and solved efficiently
• Drive on-the-ground knowledge and context about the region you operate into the wider Uber Eats team; co-create our strategy as an expert of local knowledge
• Collaborate with your cross-functional counterparts, working closely with various team members locally and globally
• Act as an ambassador for the mission, brand, and product of Uber Eats

What you'll have

• 2 years of professional experience in Account Management, Partnership Management
• Fluency in English, with Mandarin or Cantonese being highly preferred
• Passionate about working with top restaurants and building a business together
• Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite, excel and/or SQ is a plus!
• Highly autonomous - able to work with minimal oversight
• Outstanding listening, communication, and organisational skills
• Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound commercial judgment.
• Proven success of achieving quota targets
