About the Program:

Space Cadets is AppsFlyer’s flagship graduate program designed to prepare talented individuals for a career in high-scale software engineering. Over several weeks of onboarding, you’ll participate in a hands-on training program led by our tech experts. You’ll gain exposure to diverse technologies, development methodologies, and product thinking — all tailored to help you succeed in your first professional role.

What you’ll do:

• Participate in a structured training program covering core software engineering concepts, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with mentors and experienced engineers on live AppsFlyer projects
• Learn how to work within agile product teams alongside Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers
• Dive into software architecture, databases, cloud services, testing, production monitoring, and more
• Gradually take ownership of features and development tasks as your skills and confidence grow

Requirements for application:

• You are currently completing a B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
• GPA 85 or higher (Please attach a copy of your transcript with official grades, to your CV)
• Passion for software development and a strong desire to grow as an engineer
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
• Solid problem-solving abilities and eagerness to tackle real-world engineering challenges
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Bonus points:

• Previous hands-on experience in software development – such as a student position.
• A personal GitHub/GitLab portfolio showcasing code samples or projects
• Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee
