Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in managing projects or programs, engaging with external executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience in customer support or client services, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Ability to communicate in English, and German including French or Russian fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Proficiency in SQL.
Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while working independently to drive projects to completion with guidance and high attention to detail.
Ability to navigate and manage competing priorities in a fluid environment.
Ability to make constructive suggestions and develop innovative ways to scale initiatives.
