Key job responsibilities
Identify top contributors of assigned asset downtime and develop programs to mitigate.
Drive program objectives – provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
Write whitepapers to gain initial buy-in and alignment as well as provide status updates as the project completes critical milestones and time intervals.
Identify key performance metrics and create a reporting suite that allows for program management when the program is fully scaled.
Define key performance indicators – develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives as they relate to assigned Middle Mile asset.

- 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
- 10+ years of fleet maintenance experience specifically with trailer maintenance
